JAKARTA – PT Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk (AIMS) plans to invest in PT Kilau Berlian Untuk Dia (KBUD), the operator of the Fourher jewellery store chain.

Anton Hidayat, Corporate Secretary of AIMS, stated that the company and KBUD shareholders signed an agreement regarding the planned investment yesterday (5/2).

“The details of the investment plan are still being negotiated between the parties. The agreement will be followed up with a definitive contract,” he said on Friday (7/2).

There is no affiliation between AIMS and KBUD shareholders. The purpose of this investment is to boost future revenues.

KBUD operates Fourher, a gold and diamond jewellery store located at Graha AUG, Tebet, South Jakarta. (LK/ZH)
