David Hidayat rakes in 5.6 million SIDO shares

JAKARTA – David Hidayat, President Director of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), purchased a total of 5.6 million shares of his company through three separate transactions.
According to the disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (7/2), David Hidayat bought 905,700 shares on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at IDR 575 per share.
Then, on February 5, 2025, he purchased another 1.74 million shares at IDR 573 per share, followed by 2.95 million shares at IDR 567 per share on February 6, 2025.
In total, the value of these transactions amounts to nearly IDR 3.2 billion.
“The purpose of this transaction is for investment,” stated Tiur Simamora, Corporate Secretary of SIDO, in the disclosure.
For the record, prior to this, David Hidayat did not directly hold any SIDO shares. With this transaction, he now owns 0.019% of SIDO shares. (ZH)
