JAKARTA – Erwin Ciputra once again accumulated PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) shares in trading last Monday (10/2), at a premium price.

Anto Broto, PTRO Corporate Secretary, said that the number of shares purchased by Erwin Ciputra was 800 thousand shares. This transaction increases Erwin Ciputra's share in PTRO to 0.858%, from the previous 0.0779%.

Broto said the share purchase was made by Erwin Ciputra, who also serves as PTRO Commissioner, for the purpose of investment.

Erwin Ciputra bought PTRO shares at an average price of IDR 3,143.75. This is 1.41% higher than the PTRO share price at the opening bell yesterday.

However, until the close of trading, PTRO's share price had risen 21.18% or 610 points to IDR 3,490 per share. So the capital gain value obtained by Erwin Ciputra after buying PTRO shares is estimated at IDR 346.25 per share or a total of IDR 277 million.

According to IDN Financials data, the increase in PTRO's share price on Monday made the oil and gas issuer owned by Prajogo Pangestu occupy the list of Top Gainers or shares with the largest price increase
