Again, MNC Asia Holding sells 154 million KPIG shares

JAKARTA - The parent company of MNC Group, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, was once again highlighted in the list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday, February 7. The firm was still selling shares in its property-related subsidiary, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG).
Through PT MNC Sekuritas and three additional securities, the investor sold 154.45 million KPIG shares this time. With 9.19 billion shares, its share percentage dropped to 9.42%.

Surono Subekti sold 130 thousand shares of PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS), a business that provides aviation and airport support services, after Ling Sun sold around 1.53 million shares of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA), a construction and civil engineering firm.
At the same time, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd continued to purchase shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an energy infrastructure firm, initiating the addition of shares. This time, the foreign investor purchased 95 million more shares of BIPI, representing a total of 18.1% stake part.

Ten million shares of PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk (JGLE), the company that runs the Jungle Series amusement park, were purchased by Siauw Yunus Subandi. After that, Sabana Prawira Widjaja acquired 1.41 million shares in PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ), a beverage company. This controller increased his ownership to 49.81%.
