Profile of Jahja Setiaatmadja's successor at BCA

JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) have come up with a candidate to replace Jahja Setiaatmadja as President Director of BBCA. This plan will be ratified at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2025, scheduled for next month (12/3).
According to the AGM invitation cited on Thursday (13/2), BBCA shareholders have appointed Jahja Setiaatmadja as the new President Commissioner (Preskom) of BBCA, replacing Djohan Emir Setijoso.
Meanwhile, Gregory Hendra Lembong, the current Vice President Director, has been nominated to assume the role of President Director of BBCA. Additionally, John Kosasih and Hendra Tanumihardja have been nominated as Vice President Director and Director of BBCA, respectively.
Gregory Hendra Lembong was appointed as Vice President Director of BBCA at the AGMS in 2022. He brings 30 years of experience in the banking sector with an impressive career trajectory.
Previously, Gregory served as Chief Transformation Officer at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA). Prior to this, he was Regional Head of Transaction Services (cash, liquidity, FX) for Asia Pacific at J.P. Morgan Asia-Pacific in Singapore (2010-2013), Global COO & Head of Business Development at Deutsche Bank London (2009-2010), and at Citibank.
The prospective President Director of BBCA holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, both in the United States (US). (EF/LK/ZH)
