JAKARTA – Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) once again weakened by 0.48% or 32.21 points to 6,613.57 last Thursday (13/2) after shifting 1.74% up on Wednesday (12/2).

According to IDNFinancials monitoring, JCI even slipped by 1.2% to 6,565.78 at 1.35 PM WIB yesterday.

Heavy offloading by foreign investors also remained consistent, registering net sell of IDR 817.85 billion, thus bringing total net sell in the capital market to IDR 9.93 trillion since the beginning of this year.

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) sat at the first spot of Top Leaders, with contribution of 7.59 index points. On the other hand, PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) occupied Top Laggards, contributing to the decline of JCI by 13.61 index points.

Five out of 11 sectoral indices were seen weakened last Thursday (13/2), with the most significant drop reported by transportation and logistics (-0.64%). Meanwhile, property and real estate sector showed the most extensive growth of 1.61%.

Transaction value reached IDR 11.19 trillion yesterday, with traded volume of 13.86 million shares, involved in 1.01 million transactions. (KR/ZH)
