JAKARTA – Nancy Adistyasari, Independent Director of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR), made a strategic move by increasing her shareholding in the regional bank on February 13, 2025.

Ayi Subarna, Corporate Secretary of BJBR, revealed in a statement released on Thursday (13/2) that Nancy Adistyasari had purchased 62,000 BJBR shares at Rp915 per share.

“The purpose of this transaction is for direct investment,” Ayi Subarna explained.

Following this transaction, Nancy Adistyasari’s total shareholding in BJBR increased to 1,038,859 shares, equivalent to 0.0098%. Previously, she held 976,859 shares, or around 0.0092% of the total outstanding shares. (EF/ZH)
