JAKARTA – PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) has officially signed a precious metals trade agreement with PT Agincourt Resources on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

"The purpose of this collaboration is to develop the business activities of both parties," said Ong Deny, Corporate Secretary of HRTA, in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this afternoon (Feb 14).

Although the value of the deal was not disclosed, the partnership aims to strengthen HRTA’s position in the precious metals market and improve the company's operational performance.

Hartadinata Abadi and Agincourt Resources are not affiliated with each other.

According to IDNFinancials.com, Agincourt Resources is a gold mining company under Astra Group through PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, operating the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra.

PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara is a subsidiary of PT Pamapersada Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR).

On February 13, 2025, HRTA also signed a Term Sheet Amendment with its subsidiary, PT Emas Murni Abadi (EMA), and a non-affiliated company, PT Linge Mineral Resources (LMR).

This agreement pertains to the refining and trading of 3.6 tons of precious metals. (ZH)
