Another purchase, Raam Punjabi spent IDR 2.9 billion on RAAM shares

JAKARTA – Ram Jethmal Punjabi, Controller and Commissioner of PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM), has once again increased his stake in the company by purchasing 8.8 million shares, amounting to IDR 2.9 billion.
According to a disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (17/2), this additional investment increased Ram Punjabi's portion from 4,792,855,782 shares (70.34%) to 4,801,679,782 shares (70.47%), reflecting a 0.13% rise.
The share purchases were made through several separate transactions, with share prices ranging from IDR 236 to IDR 390 per share. The transactions took place between February 11 and 14, 2025, with a total value of IDR 2.9 billion.
“The primary goal of this transaction is long-term investment with direct share ownership,” Ram stated in an official release on Monday (17/2).
Previously, from December 23 to 27, 2024, Ram Punjabi had also purchased 1.6 million company shares in several separate transactions at varying prices, ranging from IDR 306 to IDR 330 per share.
Further back, the RAAM Commissioner also bought 1.2 million shares between December 18 and 20, 2024, with prices ranging from IDR 302 to IDR 320 per share.
In the last three months, from November 18, 2024, to 3:20 PM WIB today (17/2), RAAM shares have dropped by 7.91%, from IDR 354 to IDR 326 per share. However, since the beginning of the year, the stock has shown positive growth, rising 5.16% from IDR 310 recorded on January 2, 2025. (EF/ZH)
