JAKARTA – Hasmoro, President Director of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), has once again increased his share ownership in the company.

On February 11, 2025, Hasmoro purchased 1.14 million shares of HEAL at IDR 1,305 per share. The following day (12/2), he acquired an additional 174,700 shares at IDR 1,297 per share.

In total, the cumulative value of the 1.32 million shares purchased amounts to IDR 1.72 billion.

“The purpose of the transaction is for investment, with direct share ownership,” he stated in a disclosure on Friday (14/2).

Prior to these acquisitions, Hasmoro held 726,036,889 shares, or 4.725% ownership in HEAL. Following the transactions, his ownership increased to 727,356,589 shares, or 4.734%.

As of 11.10 AM WIB today (17/2), HEAL shares rose 1.60%, from IDR 1,260 seen at the opening bell, to IDR 1,275 per share. (DK/ZH)
