IDX lifts suspension on two issuers after settling annual listing fees

JAKARTA – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has lifted the suspension of shares of PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk (GPSO) dan PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (PTDU) starting from the first session on Tuesday (18/2). This move was made by the capital market authority after the two issuers completed the payment of their 2025 annual listing fees.
In a disclosure, Teuku Fahmi Ariandar, Head of the Listing Company Regulation and Services Division of BEI, stated that the exchange has lifted the suspension of trading in the regular and cash markets for both companies. "This decision was taken considering that all obligations causing the suspension have now been fulfilled," he said.
BEI had initially imposed the suspension on the two companies for failing to settle their 2025 annual listing fees by the deadline last week (15/2). At least 61 issuers were suspended for not meeting this obligation as of yesterday (17/2).
Following the suspension lift, GPSO shares were seen rising by 1.44% to IDR 422 as of 2.39 PM WIB. In contrast, PTDU shares fell by 5.88% to IDR 16 per share. (LK/ZH)
