Bank Raya (AGRO) and Grab collaborate, what is the aim?

JAKARTA – PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk (AGRO) has entered a strategic partnership with Grab, integrating AGRO into the Grab ecosystem, specifically within the GrabFood service, and collaborating with thousands of merchants as strategic partners.
This move aligns with AGRO’s Teras Perwira program, which encourages GrabFood partners to manage their business finances more efficiently and modernly.
Moreover, the collaboration aims to increase QRIS transaction volumes for businesses while driving digital transformation for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
As of December 2024, business transactions through QRIS managed by Bank Raya have reached IDR 46 billion, with more than 7,000 merchants joining its digital ecosystem.
“We continue to collaborate with various parties to accelerate the adoption of digital financial services. Through this partnership, we hope more people, especially business owners, can manage their finances more practically and efficiently through digital banking,” said Kicky Andrie Davetra, Business Director of AGRO, in a press statement on Tuesday (18/2).
Kicky further added that the synergy between Bank Raya and Grab will help MSMEs implement more professional financial management, enabling their businesses to grow and scale.
“We do not just want to be a financial service provider, but also part of the growth journey for our partners and customers. With smarter, more practical, and secure financial management, we believe more MSMEs can thrive in this digital era,” Kicky concluded. (EF/ZH)
