JAKARTA – PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) has announced the resignation of one of its directors, Lili Wijata. The decision was disclosed in a statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 19 February 2025.

"Lili Wijata has officially resigned as Director of SMMA, in accordance with her resignation letter dated today, 19 February 2025," said Felix, SMMA Director, in the disclosure released on Wednesday (19/2).

The approval of her resignation will be finalised during SMMA's General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), scheduled for 19 June 2025.

Felix did not provide the reason for Lili Wijata's resignation but assured that the decision would not affect the company's operations, financial condition, financial projections, legal aspects, or business continuity.

Since the start of the year, SMMA shares have risen 6.26% year-to-date (ytd), climbing to IDR 15,500 per share from IDR 14,600 per share recorded at the beginning of 2025. (DK/ZH)
