JAKARTA - Six investors have acquired 960.9 million shares, equivalent to 67%, of PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) in a transaction that took place on Wednesday (19/2).

In a public disclosure on Thursday (20/2), Michael Halim Mulyanto, President Director of MENN, stated that the transaction resulted in a change in MENN's controlling shareholders.

The six investors who acquired MENN shares are PT Penajam Makmur Jaya (PMJ), PT Negara Maju Makmur (NMM), PT Sarjana Sama Indah (SSI), PT Kalimantan Sejahtera Indonesia (KSI), PT Kalimantan Indah Kedepan (KIK), and PT Sarana Majemuk Indonesia (SMI).

All these parties took over the shares previously owned by Michael Halim Mulyanto, Edrick Pramana, and Agus Mulyanto.

As of January 2025, MENN has a total of 1.43 billion shares, with a free float share composition of 32.99%. The ultimate beneficiaries of MENN shares are Michael Halim Mulyanto, Edrick Pramana, and Agus Mulyanto. (LK/KR/ZH)
