JAKARTA – The share price of PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) surged by 8.70% in trading on Thursday (20 February), following the arrival of new controlling shareholders.

MENN shares strengthened by 4 points to IDR 50 per share by the close of trading today, after opening at IDR 46 per share.

Meanwhile, over the past week, MENN shares have risen by 28.21%, up from IDR 39 per share on Friday (14/2).

This significant increase follows the transfer of 67% of MENN's shares to new controlling shareholders. The new controlling shareholders of MENN are PT Penajam Makmur Jaya (PMJ), PT Negara Maju Makmur (NMM), PT Sarjana Sama Indah (SSI), PT Kalimantan Sejahtera Indonesia (KSI), PT Kalimantan Indah Kedepan (KIK), and PT Sarana Majemuk Indonesia (SMI).

These six new investors acquired the shares previously owned by Michael Halim Mulyanto, Edrick Pramana, and Agus Mulyanto. (LK/KR/ZH)
