JAKARTA – PT Dyandra Promosindo, a subsidiary of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN), purchased a property asset in the form of land and buildings valued at IDR 22.80 billion from PT Visicita Imaji Semesta (VIS) on February 19, 2025.

According to the agreement between the parties, as explained by DYAN’s Corporate Secretary Mirna Gozal on Thursday (20/2), the property purchased by Dyandra Promosindo from VIS consists of land and buildings located at Jl. Petogogan II No. 11, Pulo Sub-district, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta.

"This transaction aims to increase the company’s asset value and support the operational activities of PT Dyandra Promosindo," said Mirna in her official statement.

Mirna added that the value of the property purchased by Dyandra Promosindo amounted to IDR 22.8 billion.

This transaction, she said, will automatically boost the asset value on Dyandra Promosindo’s balance sheet. Despite an increase in bank debt, Mirna hopes that Dyandra Promosindo’s business sustainability will improve in the future. (DH/KR/ZH)
