JAKARTAPT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) has set a target of IDR 3.5 trillion in marketing sales for 2025, marking a 9.7% increase from the 2024 realisation of IDR 3.19 trillion. The company's largest sales contributor remains the area in Kendal, Central Java.

In a press release quoted on Friday (21/2), Muljadi Suganda, Corporate Secretary of KIJA, stated that achieving the 2025 marketing sales target will be supported by land sales in Cikarang and other areas amounting to IDR 1.25 trillion and sales in Kendal worth IDR 2.25 trillion.

More specifically, marketing sales from the Cikarang segment and other areas include IDR 800 billion from mature land and industrial plots, and IDR 450 billion from residential and commercial products, which include joint venture projects.

In 2024, KIJA's marketing sales reached IDR 3.19 trillion, a 44% increase from 2023's realisation of IDR 2.21 trillion. Last year, Cikarang contributed IDR 942.9 billion, while Kendal generated IDR 2.14 trillion. (LK/ZH)
