JAKARTA - Six new investors joined PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN), a technology business that provides fleet management solutions, according to the list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, February 19.

These six investors are PT Sarana Majemuk Indonesia, PT Negara Maju Makmur, PT Penajam Makmur Jaya, PT Kalimantan Sejahtera Indonesia, PT Sarjana Sama Indah, and PT Kalimantan Indah Kedepan.

Every investor purchased 167.30 million shares or 11.67% of MENN. The six held roughly 70% of the total shares. All share purchase transactions were handled by PT MNC Sekuritas.

In the meantime, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, sold 30 million shares of the gold mining company PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI), making it the largest share sale this time. Following the sale through PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, the investor's remaining shares were 18.29%.

Then, through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, HSBC Bank Plc sold 1.29 million shares of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX), an oil and gas drilling services firm, leaving 5.59% of the shares.

Following that, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia sold 23.62 million shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), leaving its ownership stake at 5.68%. Lastly, PT HP Capital Resources sold 4.5 million shares of the textile company PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL). Its stake held steady at about 5.1%. (KD)
