JAKARTA. INV Management Pte. Ltd, the controlling shareholder of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), has sold an additional 1 million CYBR shares at a price of IDR 565-595 per share on February 19, 2025.

"The purpose of this transaction is for other investments," said Doni Mora, Director of CYBR, in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (21/2).

Following this sale, INV Management Pte. Ltd's shareholding in CYBR decreased to 3,004,935,597 shares, or equivalent to 46.591%.

Previously, INV Management Pte. Ltd had also conducted a sale of 1.5 million CYBR shares on January 31, 2025, at a price of IDR 476-482 per share.

Today (21/2), CYBR's share price in the regular market rose by 8.77% to IDR 620 per share. (DH/ZH)
