JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) saw the issuance of debt securities worth IDR 3.14 trillion from February 17 to 21, 2025, consisting of two bonds and one sukuk.

PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) issued the Shelf-Registration Bonds VI Phase V/2025 worth IDR 2.07 trillion on Monday (17/2). This bond received an “idAAA” rating from the Indonesian Credit Rating Agency (Pefindo) and was supported by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) as the trustee.

On the same day, PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) or SMF also registered two debt instruments, namely the Shelf-Registration Bonds VII Phase VIII/2025 worth IDR 704.93 billion and the Shelf-Registration Sukuk Musyarakah I Phase IV/2025 worth IDR 362.81 billion.

Pefindo assigned an “idAAA” rating to the bonds and an “idAAAsy” rating to the sukuk issued by SMF. PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) acted as the trustee for these debt instruments.

Kautsar Primadi Nurahmad, Corporate Secretary of the IDX, stated that the total bond and sukuk issuance on the IDX since the beginning of the year had reached 16 issuances by 12 issuers, with a total value of IDR 18.39 trillion.

Meanwhile, the total number of bonds and sukuk listed on the IDX now stands at 602 issuances. “With a total outstanding nominal value of IDR 484.86 trillion and USD 85.70 million, issued by 134 issuers,” Kautsar said in an official statement. (KR/ZH)
