JAKARTA – PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) is aiming for a revenue growth of up to 90% in 2025, driven by business expansion in the property sector, which is expected to generate recurring income.

Anthony P. Susilo, CEO of INPP, explained that the company’s main strategy is to develop integrated areas that include residential, office, and shopping centres in one location.

“This strategy not only optimises land use but also ensures a sustainable income stream,” he said in an official statement on Sunday (23/2).

INPP plans to operate two new projects in 2025. The first is Antasari Place in Jakarta, which is scheduled for handover in the first half of 2025, with an occupancy rate expected to reach 70%. This project is expected to strengthen INPP's portfolio in the property and commercial segments.

The second is the expansion of 23 Paskal Shopping Center in Bandung, to meet the high interest of tenants. This project is scheduled to begin operations in early H2 2025.

Another project that was officially launched in Q1 2024, the Hyatt Place Hotel in Makassar, is projected to contribute fully by 2025.

To support this expansion strategy, INPP has allocated capital expenditure of IDR 1 trillion. This budget will be used to develop the 23 Semarang project, Antasari Place Phase 2, and expansion into strategic cities such as Balikpapan and Makassar. (DK/KR/ZH)
