JAKARTA – Djonny Saksono has purchased 428,600 shares on 20 and 21 February 2025, at prices of IDR 245.27 and IDR 242 per share.

With these transactions, Djonny, who serves as President Director of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk (ITIC), spent IDR 104.97 million.

“The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct shareholding status,” Djonny stated in his official release to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Following this purchase, Djonny Saksono's ownership in ITIC increased to 638.13 million shares, or 67.84%. Previously, he held 637.71 million shares, equivalent to 67.79%.

Earlier, on 15 January 2025, Djonny also acquired 474,700 ITIC shares at IDR 248.18 per share. (DH/KR/ZH)
