JAKARTA – Pandu Patria Sjahrir has resigned as Deputy CEO of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), effective Monday (24/2). His resignation comes as he assumes the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at the Investment Management Agency Daya Anagata Nusantara (BPI Danantara).

Alvin Firman Sunanda, Director of TOBA, confirmed that the company has received Pandu's resignation letter. "The company will comply with and execute the provisions outlined in the company's articles of association," he said in an official statement on Monday (24/2).

Pandu Patria Sjahrir holds a degree from the University of Chicago and earned a master's degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also completed an MBA from Tsinghua University in 2020.

President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated BPI Danantara on Monday (24/2). The investment management body oversees total assets of USD 900 billion. (LK/ZH)
