JAKARTA – President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the structure of Danantara’s investment management body (BPI) by signing Law No. 1 of 2025, Government Regulation No. 10 of 2025, and Presidential Decree No. 30 of 2025.

Rosan Perkasa Roeslani was appointed as CEO, accompanied by Pandu Sjahrir and Dony Oskaria. Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir was appointed as chairman of the supervisory board, while several former Presidents of Indonesia were appointed to the advisory board.
