JAKARTA – Sentra Investa Maksima has reduced its stake in PT Lavender Bina Cendekia Tbk (BMBL) by selling 3.36 million shares. The divestment transaction was completed on February 19, 2025.

“This transaction was conducted to enhance Sentra Investa's share liquidity, with direct share ownership status,” stated Galih Pandekar, President Director of BMBL, in a disclosure to the IDX on Tuesday (25/2).

The sale was executed at IDR 18 per share, generating approximately IDR 60.48 million in proceeds for Sentra Investa from the transaction.

Following this transaction, Sentra Investa’s shareholding decreased by 0.32% to 129.04 million shares, equivalent to 12.53% of BMBL's total shares.

As of the close of the first trading session today (25/2), BMBL's share price remained at IDR 18 per share. (DK)
