JAKARTA – PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), along with its subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), signed an amendment to the accordion facility agreement with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) amounting to USD 250 million on Monday (24/2).

"The company, BUMA, and PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI), as the Loan Facility Agent, have signed agreements, including (i) the Third Amendment to the Facility Agreement, and (ii) the Additional Commitment Lender Accession Agreement," stated Iwan Fuad Salim, Director of DOID, in an official statement on Tuesday (25/2).

Under the agreement, BCA will provide additional accordion facilities worth USD 250 million, consisting of two main facilities valued at USD 75 million and IDR 2.89 trillion, respectively.

This agreement updates the previous loan terms agreed with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) as the facility agent and BUMA.

"The provision of the Accordion Facility positively impacts the financial flexibility and growth of the group's operations, ultimately supporting the operational activities of the company and BUMA," said Salim.

Previously, in an existing funding agreement, BNI had committed to providing credit facilities in two tranches, namely Tranche A worth USD 280 million and Tranche B worth USD 95 million.

Additionally, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) had also approved a similar funding facility. (EF/ZH)
