JAKARTA – Ram Jethmal Punjabi, also known as Raam Punjabi, purchased 571,500 shares of RAAM on February 19 and 20, 2025, at a price range of IDR 354-360 per share.

"The purpose of the transaction is for investment," stated Raam Punjabi.

According to the disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (24/2), Raam Punjabi, the Controller and President Commissioner of RAAM, bought 479,400 shares on February 19. He then continued to accumulate another 92,100 shares on February 20.

The total value of these share acquisitions is approximately IDR 205.2 million.

Following these transactions, Raam Punjabi’s shareholding increased by 0.01%, from 4,801,679,782 shares or 70.47% to 4,802,251,282 shares or 70.48%.

As of Tuesday’s (25/2) trading, RAAM’s shares were in the red, falling 2.31% to IDR 338. Over the past week, RAAM shares have dropped 4.42%. (DH/ZH)
