JAKARTA – PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk (WINR) plans to build a housing and commercial area project in Bogor, West Java.

Liu Yutmen, President Director of WINR, announced the company will develop a property project with an integrated residential and commercial area concept. "The project will start this year and is expected to be completed by 2028," he stated in a disclosure on Tuesday (25/2).

Currently, the company is finalising land ownership documents in Bogor. The land purchase transaction is scheduled to be completed by the end of Q1 2025 at the latest. "We will continue to comply with the relevant regulations and requirements," he added.

The project development is expected to boost the company’s revenue in the future. (LK/ZH)
