JAKARTA – Two directors of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) are once again accumulating the shares amidst price correction last Tuesday (25/2).

Two directors in question are President Director Jahja Setiaadmadja, and Director Santoso, with purchases of 337 thousand and 20 thousand shares, respectively. The transaction used price level of IDR 8,900 per share.

Corporate Secretary of BCA, Raymon Yonarto, said that both directors are accumulating BBCA shares for investment purposes.

Cited from the official disclosure on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Yonarto added that Setiaadmadja’s portion in BBCA now rises to 34.18 million shares, whilst Santoso’s grows to 2.71 million shares.

Furthermore, these transactions will not alter their statuses as non-controlling shareholders, and there is no other material information undisclosed regarding this matter.

According to IDNFinancials.com, BBCA weakened 1.12% last Tuesday, down 100 points to IDR 8,825 per share. In the past 5 days, its shares have dropped 4.34% or 400 points. (KR/ZH)
