Set to issue global bond, POWR to hold roadshow

JAKARTA – PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) is embarking on a roadshow across several countries in relation to its plan to issue a global bond worth USD 500 million.
Rani Maheswari Miraza, Corporate Secretary of POWR, stated that the company would begin the roadshow on Wednesday (26/2), continuing through next week (4/3). “The company has mandated Barclays Bank PLC, BNI Securities Pte. Ltd, and Deutsche Bank AG as joint bookrunners,” she said in a disclosure on Wednesday (26/2).
POWR plans to list this global bond on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX).
As of December 2024, the company recorded total liabilities of USD 628.63 million, comprising short-term liabilities of USD 53.91 million and long-term liabilities of USD 574.72 million. Total assets stood at USD 1.33 billion, consisting of current assets of USD 575.33 million and non-current assets of USD 761.14 million. (LK/ZH)
