Reverse repo nets IMAS shareholder IDR 11.33 billion

JAKARTA – PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa (SPP) collected IDR 11.33 billion from a reverse repo transaction involving shares in PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS).
CR Susilowasti, Corporate Secretary of IMAS, stated that SPP sold 23 million shares last week (18/2). “The purpose of the transaction is for a reverse repo (repurchase agreement),” she said in a disclosure on Wednesday (26/2).
Following the transaction, SPP's ownership decreased to 5.02% from 5.6%, reducing its shareholding to 200.56 million from 223.56 million shares.
As of January 2025, IMAS had a total of 3.99 billion shares, with the controlling shareholders holding 49.49% and non-controlling shareholders 50.51%. The free float amounted to 3.99 billion shares, or 11.14%, while the number of shareholders stood at 6,983. (LK/ZH)
