JAKARTA – PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU), a Pertamina subsidiary in the general insurance sector, announced that one of its affiliated companies, TRB (London) Limited (TRB), has officially been liquidated.

Edi Yoga Prasetyo, Corporate Secretary of TUGU, stated on Wednesday (26/2) that, based on the results of the Circular General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) of PT Tugu Pratama Interindo (Interindo) on May 9, 2023, and a Dissolution Notice dated February 24, 2025, TRB (London) Limited has officially been closed.

However, Prasetyo did not disclose the exact reasons behind the closure. He only confirmed that TUGU received the Dissolution Notice via email on February 24, 2025, with the UK Company House issuing the Final Gazette Notice declaring the liquidation of TRB (London) Limited, which has been dissolved since February 21, 2025.

"With the receipt of the above document, we hereby inform you that TRB has officially been closed," he confirmed.

Nevertheless, TUGU ensured that this closure has no impact on the operations, financial condition, legal aspects, or business continuity of its parent company. (EF/ZH)
