JAKARTA –  PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk (WINR) is set to operate a hotel in Batam, no later than the end of the first half of 2025. This was stated by Liu Yutmen, President Director of WINR, in a disclosure on Wednesday (26/2).

"With the completion of the hotel construction, the company will soon be able to operate the hotel. As a result, the company will earn a steady income (recurring income) from the hotel," he said.

The hotel project is currently in its final phase, focusing on interior work and operational support facilities. The total expenditure for the project reached IDR 14.25 billion.

The hotel to be operated is owned by PT Wijaya Nusantara Internasional (WNI), a subsidiary of WINR. (LK/ZH)
