Rio Lanasier increases shareholding in BJBR

JAKARTA – Rio Lanasier, Director of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR), made another purchase of 400,000 BJBR shares at a price of IDR 890 on 20 February 2025.
Prior to this transaction, Rio also acquired 400,000 BJBR shares at IDR 915 per share on 13 and 17 February 2025.
Ayi Subarna, BJBR's Corporate Secretary, stated that the purpose of these regular stock purchases is for investment.
"Indeed, the objective of the BJBR stock purchase is for investment with direct ownership status," he said in a statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (25/2).
With this latest transaction, Rio Lanasier’s shareholding in BJBR increased to 2,359,418 shares, equivalent to 0.0224%. Previously, Rio held 1,959,418 shares or 0.0186%.
On today's stock trading (26/2), BJBR shares declined by 3.53%, dropping from IDR 850 to IDR 820 per share. (DK/ZH)
