JAKARTA – PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), operator of Mayapada Hospital, issued debt securities worth USD 125 million, or approximately IDR 1.89 trillion (at an exchange rate of IDR 15,138 per US dollar) on Wednesday (26/2).

Arie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, stated that the debt securities were issued to BCSS Maverick Holdings I, L.P. and BCSS Maverick Holdings II, L.P., with a nominal value of USD 62.5 million each.

Both entities are under the control of Bain Capital Credit, LP, a US-based private investment firm. “The investors are not affiliated with the company,” said Arie, in a disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today, Thursday (27 /2).

The debt securities have a tenure of seven years and will mature in the 84th month following the issuance.

SRAJ's management, according to Arie, had obtained approval from shareholders after holding an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on February 10, 2025.

Arie also added that the impact of the debt securities issuance had been conveyed through the EGMS and disclosed to shareholders. (EF/KR/ZH)
