JAKARTA – PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) signed a mining services contract worth IDR 4.03 trillion with two non-affiliated companies, PT Bara Prima Mandiri (BPM) and PT Niaga Jasa Dunia (NJD), on February 26, 2025.

Anto Broto, Corporate Secretary of PTRO, in an official statement on Thursday (27/2), explained that under the agreement, PTRO will serve as the mining services contractor, while BPM holds the Mining Operation Production License (IUP-OP), and NJD has been appointed by BPM as the mine operator.

The scope of PTRO's work under this contract includes the removal of 135.46 million BCM of overburden and the production of 7.53 million tonnes of coal.

This agreement follows a Term Sheet signed by the three parties on 5 November 2025. The cooperation agreement will be effective until 31 December 2032.
