JAKARTA – Commissioner of PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA), Noel Aelyo Laras Kusuma Negara, has further reduced his shareholding.

"Noel sold 188,800 DRMA shares on February 25, 2025 at a price of IDR 935 per share," said Ari Indra Gautama, Corporate Secretary of DRMA, in an official statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Thursday (27/2).

Previously, Noel also sold 161,200 DRMA shares at IDR 925 per share on January 13 and 19, 2025 at IDR 930 per share. "The purpose of this transaction is divestment through direct ownership," he said.

Following this latest transaction, Noel's shareholding in DRMA decreased to 66.8 million shares, equivalent to 1.419%, down from 66.9 million shares or 1.422%.

In the first trading session today (27/2), as of 11.15 AM WIB, DRMA shares fell 1.68% from IDR 895 per share to IDR 880 per share. (DK/ZH)
