DOID changes its name to PT Buma Internasional Grup Tbk

JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) approved the name change of the company to PT Buma Internasional Grup Tbk last Thursday (27/2).
"Based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on February 27, 2025, and Notarial Deed No. 42 dated February 27, 2025," explained Iwan Fuad Salim, Director of DOID, today (3/3).
This name change became effective the following day, after receiving approval from the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-0014318.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated February 28, 2025.
DOID's Director, Iwan Fuad Salim, emphasized that this name change would not have a material impact on the company's operations, legal matters, financial standing, or business continuity.
As of January 31, 2025, DOID's shareholder structure consisted of Northstar Tambang Persada Ltd at 42.66%, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Tbk (TRIM) at 7.3%, Six Sis Ltd at 5.65%, and treasury shares at 2.68%. The public owns 35.49% of DOID shares, while the remaining portion is held by DOID's board of directors and commissioners.
As of today (3/3) until 11.15 AM WIB, DOID shares increased by 1.33% to IDR 456 per share. However, since the beginning of the year, its stock price has dropped 16.33% year-to-date (ytd). (ZH)
