JAKARTA – Shares of PT Satu Visi Putra Tbk (VISI) have risen 29.16% in one year, since their debut on the stock market on February 27, 2024. The company is controlled by David Dwiputra, the majority shareholder.

According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (3/3), VISI's stock price increased by 9.03%, or IDR 14, reaching IDR 169 at 11.32 AM WIB. The stock opened at IDR 153 and briefly touched a high of IDR 179 per share.

Last week (28/2), VISI's stock price corrected by IDR 27, down to IDR 155, with a trading volume of 8.36 million shares across 1,501 transactions worth IDR 1.33 billion.

During its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2024, VISI offered 615 million shares at IDR 120, eyeing IDR 73.8 billion. Of the IPO proceeds, 96.51% was allocated for working capital, and the remaining 3.49% was for vehicle asset purchases.

As of January 2025, VISI reported 3.07 billion shares, with 71.54% held by the controlling shareholder and 28.46% by non-controlling shareholders.

The shareholder structure includes David Dwiputra, President Director of VISI, with 71.54%; Farell Yonathan, Director of VISI, with 6.51%; Robert Putra Sampurna, Commissioner, with 1.95%; and the public holding 20%. (LK/ZH/VA)
