Terms incomplete yet two LINK commissioners already resign

JAKARTA – Two commissioners of PT Link Net Tbk (LINK) simultaneously submitted their resignations last week (28/2). The resigning commissioners are Dian Siswarini and Willem Lucas Timmermans.
In an information disclosure quoted on Monday (3/3), Rininta Agustina Widya Pratika, Corporate Secretary of LINK, announced that the company received resignation letters from Willem Lucas Timmermans and Dian Siswarini. "Dian Siswarini's resignation will take effect on 25 March 2025," she stated.
The company will seek approval for the resignations at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).
Siswarini and Timmermans were appointed as Commissioners and Independent Commissioners of LINK on 5 May 2023 and 23 January 2025, respectively. Their terms were initially scheduled to run until 30 June 2026.
Meanwhile, LINK’s share price has risen by 89.77% or IDR 965 to IDR 2,040 per share over the past year. In the last six months, the stock increased by 14.61% or IDR 260, and in the past week, it grew by 2% or IDR 40 per share. (LK/ZH)
