JAKARTA - PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya (GC), the controlling party of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), increased its stake to 64% of all listed shares. This step was taken to maintain its position as the controller of MIKA.

Josef Darmawan Angkasa, Director of GG, said that the company bought 952,200 shares in a transaction on 25 January 2025. ‘The purpose of the transaction is to invest and maintain our position as controlling shareholder,’ he said in an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (4/3).

GC bought the shares in different terms, namely 400,000 shares at IDR 2,360 and 552,200 shares at IDR 2,370. The average purchase price for all shares was approximately IDR 2,365.80 per share. Following the transaction, GC's stake in MIKA will be 8.89 billion (64%) from 8.90 billion (63.99%).

As of January 2025, MIKA's total shares were recorded at 13.90 billion with 64% controlling shareholders and 36% non-controlling shareholders. The company's shareholders are GC 64%, Rustiyan Oen 1.306%, Josef Darmawan 0.007% and the public 34.687%.

Today, MIKA's share price opened at IDR 2,400 per share. The stock touched a high of IDR 2,430 and a low of IDR 2,370. In this week, the share price of the Mitra Keluarga Hospital (RS) network manager, corrected 0.83% or IDR 20 to IDR 2,400 per share. (LK/LM)
