JAKARTA – PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) recorded a 59.8% year-on-year (yoy) increase in net profit, reaching IDR 924.75 billion in 2024, up from IDR 578.55 billion in 2023.

According to the company's financial report as of December 2024, CBDK posted net revenue of IDR 2.25 trillion, marking a 15.4% yoy growth compared to IDR 1.95 trillion in 2023.

The land and building sales segment contributed the majority of CBDK’s revenue, accounting for IDR 2.24 trillion, while other segments contributed IDR 6.17 billion, and land leasing generated IDR 1 billion.

Compared to the significant revenue growth, the company's cost of goods sold only increased by 1% yoy, reaching IDR 976.61 billion in 2024. This led to a gross profit surge of 28.87% yoy, reaching IDR 1.27 trillion, up from IDR 986.87 billion in the previous year.

As of 31 December 2024, the company’s total assets were recorded at IDR 19.08 trillion, with equity amounting to IDR 8.3 trillion.

CBDK is a subsidiary of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), which recently went public on January 13, raising IDR 2.3 trillion. The company plans to use the proceeds to focus on its MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) projects. Last year, CBDK’s marketing sales reached IDR 2.1 trillion in 2024. (DH/ZH/VA)
