JAKARTA – PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) Commissioner Lawrence Barki has once again increased his shareholding in the company by purchasing 6,645,300 shares.

Ray Antonio Gunara, the President Director, revealed that these transactions took place on 27-28 February 2025, at purchase prices of IDR 740 and IDR 735 per share.

“The purpose of these share purchases is for investment, with direct ownership status,” he stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Monday (3/3).

With these transactions, Lawrence Barki’s shareholding in HRUM increased to 12.88 million shares, equivalent to 0.097% ownership. Previously, he owned 6.23 million shares, representing 0.047% of HRUM’s total shares.

Prior to this, Barki also purchases 6.23 million shares on February 24-25, 2025, in two separate phases with prices set to IDR 820 and IDR 785 each.

In the last five days, HRUM’s share price has decreased by 8.39% to IDR 705 from IDR 775 per share. However, in today’s first trading session (4/3), HRUM shares rose slightly by 4.9%, reaching IDR 750 per share by 9:10 AM WIB. (DK/KR/ZH)
