JAKARTA – Jeo Halim, Director of PT Mastersystem Infotama Tbk (MSTI), increased his ownership in the company by purchasing 70,000 shares, equivalent to 0.002%, on February 28, 2025.

The purchase price was IDR 1,370 per share, with a total transaction value of IDR 95.9 million. Jeo Halim, who also serves as MSTI’s Corporate Secretary, stated that the purpose of the transaction was for investment, with direct share ownership status.

Following this transaction, Jeo Halim’s stake in MSTI increased to 205,000 shares or 0.006%, up from his previous holding of 135,000 shares, equivalent to 0.004%.

In addition to Jeo Halim, two other directors, Raymon Budi Citra and Thio Eng Hok, also accumulated MSTI shares on different occasions.

Raymon Budi Citra bought 70,000 shares at IDR 1,370 per share on 28 February 2025, while Thio Eng Hok purchased 44,900 shares at IDR 1,420 per share on 12 February 2025. (DH/ZH)
