JAKARTA – PT Eralink International, the controlling shareholder of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), invested IDR 23.84 billion in a share purchase transaction last week (28/2).

In a disclosure on Tuesday (4/3), Amelia Allen, Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary of ERAA, stated that Eralink International bought 65.88 million shares at prices ranging from IDR 360 to IDR 364 per share. "The transaction was carried out for investment purposes," she said.

The purchase was executed in three tranches: the first tranche consisted of 1 million shares at IDR 360 per share, the second tranche involved 500 shares at IDR 362 per share, and the third tranche covered 64.38 million shares at IDR 364 per share. Following this transaction, Eralink's stake increased to 8.76 billion shares (54.93%), up from 8.69 billion shares (54.51%).

As of January 2025, ERAA's total outstanding shares were recorded at 15.95 billion, with the controlling shareholder holding 54.51% and non-controlling shareholders holding 45.59%. The free float portion stood at 44.14%, and the number of shareholders reached 28,013. The ultimate beneficial owner of these shares is Rebecca Halim. (LK/ZH)
