JAKARTA – PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) has proposed a dividend distribution of IDR 1.12 trillion, or 62% of the 2024 fiscal year's net profit, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on March 25, 2025.

“Investors who wish to participate in the AGMS must be registered on the recording date of February 28, 2025. Then, each EXCL shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR 85.7 per share,” stated EXCL management in the AGMS agenda on Tuesday (4/3).

As is known, this year's dividend distribution is larger compared to the 2023 fiscal year, in which EXCL distributed 50% of its net profit as dividends, amounting to IDR 635.55 billion, with a per-share value of IDR 48.6.

In addition to the dividend distribution, EXCL has also proposed the allocation of IDR 100 million from the net profit as general reserves, while IDR 698.91 billion will be recorded as retained earnings.

According to IDNFinancials.com data, EXCL’s net profit rose 44.72% year-on-year (yoy), from IDR 1.25 trillion to IDR 1.81 trillion in 2024, supported by a revenue increase of 5.83% yoy to IDR 34.3 trillion. (DK/ZH)
