Sarah Sartika Putri now controls MENN shares

JAKARTA – The ultimate beneficial owner of PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) has changed following a share purchase agreement in February 2025.
In a disclosure quoted on Wednesday (5/3), Michael H. Mulyanto, President Director of MENN, announced a change in the company's control. "The new Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) of the company is Sarah Sartika Putri," he said.
According to him, the new controller has a fresh vision and mission in the IT technology sector. Additionally, the new owner seeks to expand MENN’s IT technology business into the maritime, mining, and data centre sectors.
The former shareholders, Agus Mulyanto (President Commissioner), Michael H. Mulyanto (President Director), and Edrick Pramana (Director), collectively sold all their shares to investors on 19 February 2025. These three former shareholders were previously MENN’s UBOs.
The new investors include PT Penajam Makmur Jaya, PT Negara Maju Makmur, PT Kalimantan Sejahtera Indonesia, PT Kalimantan Indah Kedepan, PT Sarana Majemuk Indonesia, and PT Sarjana Sama Indah. It is worth noting that the old and new shareholders have no affiliation. (LK/ZH)
