Two securities firms lead bond underwriting, see PTRO’s stock trend

JAKARTA – PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) has selected six underwriters for bonds and sukuk worth a total of IDR 1.5 trillion, to be offered next week (March 13-17). Two securities firms are the largest underwriters for these debt instruments.
According to a brief prospectus released on Wednesday (5/3), PTRO announced its plan to issue IDR 1 trillion in Sustainable Bonds I PTRO Phase II 2025, divided into three series, all underwritten on a full commitment basis.
The three series consist of Series A, valued at IDR 39.20 billion with a 7.75% annual coupon for three years, Series B at IDR 476.20 billion with an 8.75% annual coupon for five years, and Series C at IDR 484.60 billion with a 9.30% annual coupon for seven years.
The largest underwriters for the bonds are PT BCA Sekuritas (BCAS) with 35.56%, followed by PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia (ASI) at 22.02%, PT Sucor Sekuritas (SS) at 18.54%, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) at 12.16%, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRI DS) at 8.96%, and PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas (HPS) at 2.76%.
Additionally, PTRO will issue IDR 500 billion in Sukuk Ijarah Sustainable I PTRO Phase II 2025, also fully underwritten.
This sukuk is offered in three series: Series A at IDR 59.1 billion with an annual ijarah payment of IDR 4.58 billion for three years, Series B at IDR 223.90 billion with an annual ijarah payment of IDR 19.59 billion for five years, and Series C at IDR 217 billion with an annual ijarah payment of IDR 20.18 billion for seven years.
For the sukuk, ASI took the largest portion with 39.38%, followed by TRIM with 17.61%, HPS with 13.41%, SS with 13.18%, BCAS with 10.04%, and BRI DS with 6.39%.
On the other hand, PTRO’s stock price rose 2.68% or IDR 90 to IDR 3,070 at 10:30 WIB on Wednesday (5/3). The price opened at IDR 2,990 and reached a high of IDR 3,120 per share.
Yesterday (4/3), PTRO’s stock closed down by IDR 380 to IDR 2,980 per share, with a trading volume of 164.90 million shares in 49,904 transactions worth IDR 499.34 billion.
Over the past week, PTRO’s stock has declined by 8.08% or IDR 270, and in the past month, the stock has dropped 19.63% or IDR 750 per share. (LK/ZH)
