MENN under new control, new commissioners and directors planned

JAKARTA – PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) is set to overhaul its board of commissioners and directors following the entry of a new investor holding a 70% stake. Three former beneficial owners of MENN's shares will transfer their ownership to Sarah Sartika Putri.
According to an official disclosure on Wednesday (5/3), Michael H. Mulyanto, President Director of MENN, announced that changes to the management structure, including the board of commissioners and directors, will be determined at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) scheduled for April 15, 2025.
"The management restructure, including changes to the board of commissioners and directors, is aimed at aligning with the new shareholders' vision to focus the company on business-to-business (B2B) operations, particularly in the development of information technology (IT) in maritime, mining, data centre server, and developer sectors," he said.
The new MENN Board of Commissioners will consist of Sarah Sartika Putri as President Commissioner and Cahyadi as Commissioner. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors will be led by Ardi as President Director, with Lastra Nugraha Rizkilah and Rena Hikmawan serving as Directors.
Currently, the MENN Board of Commissioners is chaired by Agus Mulyanto as President Commissioner, with Cendy Hadiputranto as Independent Commissioner. The Board of Directors is led by Michael H. Mulyanto as President Director, alongside Hatmadita Ramuny and Edrick Pramana as Directors.
For reference, the previous beneficial owners of MENN shares were Agus Mulyanto, Michael H. Mulyanto, and Edrick Pramana. (LK/ZH)
