JAKARTA – Two commissioners of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED) have been gradually increasing their shareholding throughout February 2025. The OMED commissioners involved are Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto and Siane Soetanto.

Leonard Hartanto, Director of OMED, stated that Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto, OMED’s President Commissioner, purchased 375,000 shares at IDR 168 last week (27-28/3). "The purpose of the transaction is to increase ownership and maintain control," he said in a disclosure on Wednesday (5/3).

Throughout February 2025, Yacobus conducted several transactions, including buying 160,000 shares at IDR 168-IDR 170 on 24 and 26 February, 125,000 shares at IDR 174-IDR 175 on 19-20 February, 20,900 shares at IDR 175 on 12 February, and 10,000 shares at IDR 179 on 5 February.

Meanwhile, Siena Soetanto, an OMED Commissioner, also acquired 575,000 shares at IDR 172-IDR 175 on 17-21 February, and 62,100 shares at IDR 174 on 11 February.

As of February 2025, OMED’s total shares amounted to 27.05 billion, with the ownership structure consisting of 85.094% Controlling and 14.906% Non-controlling shareholders. The free float was recorded at 14.91%, with 4,548 shareholders. The ultimate beneficial owners of the shares are Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto and Siane Soetanto. (LK/ZH)
